"The boiling frog effect is a fable describing a frog being slowly boiled alive. The premise is that if a frog is put suddenly into boiling water, it will jump out, but if the frog is put in tepid water which is then brought to a boil slowly, it will not perceive the danger and will be cooked to death. "
The Hybrid Warfare Institute is a European organization with a focus of work on studying the dimensions of hybrid warfare. Hybrid warfare is not an abstract term of something which is with high probability to happen but rather the bigger and integrated picture of events reported on a daily basis. The Hybrid War is present and ongoing.
The means and the tools may be misinterpreted sometimes as just part of organized crime, or sometimes they can be mistaken for accidental events but what if they are actually part of a solid war doctrine? Which are the countries which are already on the hybrid battlefield? What they do and what do their actions mean for the other countries and for the people themselves?
Our team is committed to the mission to study, research, analyze, and comment on the new face war. We want to raise awareness and to share experts' opinions and insights and by this, to contribute to the prediction of future events which may be of extreme importance for the shape of the new world order.
The Institute is not bonded to any government, political party, or movement and expresses solely the opinion of its contributors.
